We want you to love your Camp Outfitters gear, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Every item is made to order through our production partner, Printful, and we work hard to ensure quality with every shipment. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

What If My Item Is Damaged or Incorrect?

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or with any defects, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll review the issue and, if it’s a production error, we’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund. We want to make sure you’re happy with what you received.

What About Lost Packages?

If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than a few days past the expected delivery date, let us know. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated arrival date, and we’ll work with Printful to resolve it as quickly as possible.

How Do I Start a Return or Report a Problem?

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to the facility, we’ll reach out to confirm an updated address. In that case, reshipment costs will be your responsibility. Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity.
